Ron Bueing, a tax lawyer with almost 30 years of experience, has specialized in state and local taxes for more than 20 years. In addition to assisting clients in managing their multistate tax burdens through proactive planning, structuring and negotiation of voluntary disclosure agreements, Ron defends the rights of taxpayers in tax audits and litigation.
Ron is recognized nationally for his experience in successfully resolving Washington State & City excise tax disputes in connection with a variety of such taxes including business & occupation tax, sales and use tax, real estate excise tax and utility tax.

- Current Chair of the Tax & Fiscal Policy Council for the Association of Washington Business (State Chamber of Commerce)
- Appointed Member of the 2007 - 2008 Digital Goods Study Committee established by the Washington Legislature
- Chaired the 2002 AWB Manufacturing Machinery & Equipment Workgroup that negotiated reform of Washington regulations on the sales/use tax exemption for manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Business Member of the 1999 Municipal Taxation Task Force and 2001 Municipal Tax Work Group that worked for reform of municipal taxes in Washington
